OK, we all know the murderer can't be anyone too obvious (yet) or the series
would be over too soon (and doesn't make as much money).  People who are too
obvious: Leo, Mike, the Shrink, and Ed's wife.  People who don't seem like
they would do it and are therefore mighty suspicious: Sherif Truman, his
girlfriend (sorry about names- they slip my mind), Big Ed, Agent Cooper,
Laura's best friend (ouch, I'm really sorry about the names).  Sheriff Truman
and his girlfriend are already implicated in some dirty doings that look
tangential to the murder (who isn't).  Possibly they already know who did it
but they would have to reveal their own activities to prove it.  Agent Cooper
probably didn't have the opportunity.  That leaves Laura's best friend...
