"A policeman's dream." There is a legend in the USA that the police are obsessed with donuts, due to their habit (especially in the Northeast) of hanging out in donut shops. Sometimes it seems like you can't go in to a donut shop without seeing two or three cops. Of course, the reason is that cops work odd hours, and donut shops are typically 24-hour establishments. -- Tim Maroney, Mac Software Consultant, sun!hoptoad!tim, tim@toad.com "Please help support the moratorium on meaningless quotes in .signatures." -- Doug Asherman on rec.music.cd
