  David Lynch is good, but even Blue Velvet doesn't disturb me... Depress, yes,
but I am difficult to offend and/or disturb...
  Cooper just looked old, standard wrinkle make-up... I don't think this dream
was supposed to be so much a nightmare as some sort of premonition/clairevoyant
function that Cooper has developed... maybe he even expected it, after the rock
throwing ritual he went through.
  It's a funny thing, but whenever I have a dream or nightmare, it's simply
indistinguishable from reality... there's never any distortion, except where my
memory fails...
