Obviously Albert got the info just like DCooper wanted. No, I'm firmly convinced that Diane is a real person. I'm not sure, though, whether she's Cooper's secretary/assistant or a superior. Perhaps she's a peer, and works out of "the home office." Maybe she's the food editor at the FBI newsletter...
