Where has it been determined that Laura confided in Johnny Horne (not
Hayward -- and it's Josie Packard, not Parker -- I assume that you mean
the autistic man)?

Means nothing. He and Killer Bob are played by two different people, so
it's clear that they aren't *meant* to be the same,
