Subject: The Laura Swap From: dv0o+@andrew.cmu.edu (Doug vanderVeen) Date: 1990-05-10, 10:40 Newsgroups: alt.tv.twin-peaks I personally find the M. for L. swap hard to believe in any form. It's a classic whodonit plot. For a thorough debunking of its form see "The Simple Art of Murder" by Raymond Chandler. I continue my contention that this is a normal crime with normal criminals, which is why it such a good show. The plot is not as important as what the plot reveals about human nature.
