I don't believe for a moment that Audrey planted those peep-holes.
First of all, the passages aren't any great secret, because there are
circuit breakers in them and so must be common knowledge to the employees
of the Great Northern.  The holes are too well done to be the work of
one little girl.  My hunch is that they date from the construction of
the hotel, (Which I assume was before Mr. Horne bought it, because he
seems completely unaware of them).

Killer Bob is Bob, The Robert from the Europ version.  The man from
F. B. I. Special Agent Dale Cooper's dream and Mrs. Palmer's vision.
Very likely also Bob Leydecker, the veterinarian.
Bobby didn't kill anyone.  He wouldn't have the guts.
