Actually, it looks exactly like a standard FBI operations jacket. All
plainclothes officers wear jackets along these lines when they go into
a situation where there's potential for a firefight. It would be very
embarassing to be shot by another a cop because he didn't know you
were one too and you were waving a gun around.
