I think we're just beginning to see more of Leland's
psychosis -- stalking the woods at night is nothing new
to him, and he's used that all-black garb for camouflage
before.

The argument that Leland killed Laura is looking more
convincing, though I've had to abandon the notion that
he simply went overboard on adoring her.  I'll bet Leland
will turn out out to some sort of VERY perverted psychopath,
perhaps with multiple personalities.
