Gibberish.

First, the attacker did *not* take the mask off. Take another look at
the tape. Second, Jacoby did *not* see who attacked him, at least
according to Dr. Hayward quoting Jacoby.

Yes, it could be Leland Palmer. It could also be Leo.
My money's on Leland for motive, but the attacker looks
more like Leo physically.
