And indeed, Elvis did have a twin, Jesse Garon, who died at a young age. Obviously, the dwarf is Jesse Garon Presley himself! He didn't die, he was just a dwarf, and Vernon and Gladys Presley told everyone that he had died. More importantly, I believe that the dwarf is seen briefly in the final episode, tying Audrey up. We do see a small, mysterious figure tie her up and slip away. I'm begining to think that the distinctions between Lynch's films are starting to fade. It's all one big story.
