Actually the autopsy said Laura died from a loss of blood caused by many shallow wounds, none serious enough to kill her. I kind of like the suicide theory. It would explain a lot of the so called "red herrings" mentioned on the net. I think that somehow Bob is going to be worked in as the killer, and since he is not really a character except in the dream and vision this would explain him. Or maybe Leland is the one who takes on the Bob personality. Also, the fact that Laura was tied up may only mean that she was involved in more sex games in the train before she died. I don't think it precludes the suicide possibility.
