Actually, the best part of "Who shot D.B." is that every single character
in the series that is still alive is a suspect.  In his dictation to
Diane he sets the time as after 4AM, which should be hours after the rest
of the episode.  In fact, if the phone hadn't announced the discovery of
Leo's body, I wouldn't put it past Lynch to have Leo shoot Cooper just
to completely confuse everyone.

There are lots of motives, lots of opportunity, and absolutely no clues.
Great ending, though.
