I agree wholeheartedly with the first part of your message. In fact, I pointed out the same thing a while ago. But I still think it is possible for James to have had sex with Laura that night. If you'll recall, James says something like: "She was the real Laura again ..." to someone (was it Cooper?). It seems that on the night of the murder, the person who saw James was the same person that James equates with Laura. If this is just a personality swing or an actual switch of identity, I don't know but it stills implies that he was able to reach her that night. --Brady
