  Actually, what the tall man in the preview was saying is:

"Three have seen him, yes, but not his body -- one known only to you."

Presumably the tall man is speaking to Cooper, but then again, he could
be speaking to Mrs. Palmer.  If Cooper is the one addressed, then a person
who only Cooper knows is Diane!  And we know that Diane will be in the
next season.  Hmmm....
