Subject: Do we need the Diary?

    I've been wondering (now more than ever after the premiere) if the
diary is required reading now.  In other words, are Lynch and Frost
assuming that people have read it when they write/wrote season two?  I'd
appreciate any thoughts or comments.  I plan to read the diary anyway,
but I'm just wondering how soon I should do it.  Thanks.
