I had the impression that this was an indication that in fact Laura and Bob are one. Remember it shows Bob beating someone pretty severely? But Laura was *not* beaten - Ronnette was - my guess is that it was in fact Laura/Bob who beat the hell out of Ronnette. Now I'm not sure who tied Laura up or later wrapped and dumped her but I suppose it could be almost anyone - perhaps someone saw/heard her beating Ronnette and 'came to the rescue'? or maybe Ronnette recovered long enough to off Laura and dump (I doubt it though) and later stumbled out along the tracks. As an aside - Albert has to be the best character in the show - great lines.... gln
