This was the most bizarre episode of the lot, Lynch really went all out. The final scene, with Ronette coming out of the coma, was pretty harsh. But it was a great "holy sh*t" kind of ending. I was real glad to see the FBI coroner back. He ads a great bit of tension to every scene. Officer Andy's birdwalk routine (after hitting himself in the head with the deck-board) was pretty odd. Quite an impressive donut spread at Cooper's meeting at the end there. Certainly more donuts than those assembled could possibly eat. Yet we have not actually seen a donut shop. Weird. Very odd scene with Jerry Horne and Blackie. Now Jerry seems like a very likely suspect. He's the sort of weasely pervert who I could see lurking outside Jacques cabin, waiting for everyone to pass out, and then come in and have his own fun. He's mobile, twisted, and knows how the town works. Of course, with all this BOB stuff now, it's hard to really pin it on one of the residents. Too bad Lynch can't direct every episode ... -MSM ____________________________________________________________________________ Mark S.
