OK, I admit it I will be pissed off if the the supernatural has taken
over the show.  But I don't think the ring has proven it has.  The
ring is gone, but whoever shot Cooper might have taken it.  Once the
three clues are fulfilled, Cooper will find who shot him and get the
ring back.  Coop may say, "I am not dreaming," but he damn well might
be halucinating.

Personally I think Lynch has blown it a bit with the premier.  Not for
us true believers, but for any new viewers.  Are there any new viewers
out there that were able to follow the premier?
