As I and others have observed: "I think now I understand how you feel
about your husband's death." (First season, episode 1)

This quote is from Laura to Josie on Thursday afternoon, as told by
Josie.  It seems clear that Josie either killed Laura, had her killed,
or would have had her killed.  The above quote alone is tantamount to
suicide.

Your top 40 list is good, though I think you rule out Harry S Truman too
early.  An earlier post had a fairly convincing argument...  Any
proponents of the HST theory care to re-post?
