Well, I figure that all of twin peaks population are junkies.. They're
moving heroin in coffee to throw off the border dogs.. Did you notice
alberts face when he tasted the coffee in the hospital? And blackie's
apparent addiction? And of course the fish in the percolator, to keep
Truman and Cooper from tasting something besides the "damn good coffee".
Might explain a lot of the hallucinations/dreams that everyone has..
