What if BOB didn't intend to murder Laura.  Maybe he was planning to prepare
her for some traveling of his type and she passed out from too much drugs.
He (BOB that is) attempted to revive her and in a fit of anger and frustration
he started pounding her against the floor.  Out she goes!
