Now I know that word has no meaning when we are talking about Twin Peaks, but I don't think even David Lynch would try to have us believe that this message was sent from a distant galaxy, meaning the actual message would have to have been sent hundreds if not thousands of years before Major Briggs recieved it. (Unless of course, time travel is involved here). I think it makes much more sense that some outside person or supernatural being used this opportunity to send Cooper a message through Briggs, which I think _is_ significant. Dave
