Fumio Yamaguchi is a legitimate Japanese name. Furthermore Fumio is
solely a male name.
However I have not heard of an actor by this name, nor has a Japanese
friend of mine. If he is a real person he is not very famous, but of
course there is no need for a famous actor to play this role.
On the other hand Tojimura, or Tajimura, or Tajemura or whatever...is
not a legitimate Japanese name (as far as we know; it is also not in
P.G. O'Neill's dictionary of names). But as this is a name for a
fictional character in the show it does not necessarily mean anything.
