Actually, Bobby probably knows that Hank is Norma's husband.  Shelley 
knows, and if she talks about work at all to Bobby, surely she'd mention
that Norma's husband Hank just got out of jail.  Also, in the secret diary,
Laura mentions Hank being sent up for manslaughter;  Bobby was hanging around
with Laura during that period.  It seems likely that any regular of the RR
would know who Hank is.

But yes, Bobby is trying to figure out Hank's deal, since Bobby saw Hank
shoot Leo.
