I really don't think that a brothel and gaming house could be considered
a legally acknowledge public building, even in Canada. It's more likely that
Cooper contacted the bureau and that the FBI is aware of the facility and has
a file on it, containing a floor plan.

BTW, a lot of people write about the information contained in the 
Secret Diary. However, I'm curious about the tapes containing Cooper's
messages to Diane. Has anyone bought the cassette? Does it merely contain
the messages we've already heard on the show or is there additional
material that would be of interest to the TP newsnet?
