Subject: Cooper's Past: glitch?

Can someone with tapes or a good memory please verify:
did Cooper say he was "shot" in Phily, or just "injured"?
If the former, why then did he seem to suggest--while lying on the
floor and dictating to Diane--that he had never been shot before
("so, I finally experience it...this sensation was not what I would 
have expected", etc).

Also, a previous poster mentioned that Leland's hair might have
changed just as BOB left him.....interesting idea a la 
Dorian Grey. But in what sense whould Leland be loosing his deal
with BOB by killing JR?
