If these questions have been raised, I apologize:

1. Was it ever determined where Leland was the night Laura died? 
Perhaps it was, I don't remember.  He was at the Great Northern that
morning with the Norwegians, but the night before...?

2.  Another hint that it might be Leland (probably already mentioned)
was that earlier in the first season, Leland starts dancing with Laura's
framed photo to Transylvania 6-5000.  He breaks the glass and spills his
blood over her face.  Pretty incriminating eh?
