If you're making a request that can only be answered by someone
in your area (such as a request for a videotape for an episode
you missed) PLEASE use a local distribution.  If you do not know
how to do this, ask your system adminstrator.  There's no excuse
for sending your request world-wide; if the folks in Europe made
tapes for Americans they wouldn't be compatible anyway. :-)

(If you're at HP you use an incompatible system that can't do
distributions.  But I guess HP just has to be different).
