We had a Halloween get-together where I work at the University of
Delaware and my colleague Morris Brooks dressed as Agent Cooper while
his wife Chris was the Log Lady. Morris wore a tuxedo-type outfit,
with FBI in large letters on the back and on the front, three bullet
holes in the white shirt, cardboard (I think) for a bullet-proof vest
underneath, and one of the three bullet holes was bloody. Combination
of the One-Eyed Jacks outfit at the time Cooper was shot, with the
FBI jacket used on the hunt.

It was very effective for those who knew Twin Peaks. Others were
mystified (as could be expected). Chris did an excellent job as the
Log Lady, having her log speak to varous people during the day. My
favorite was spoken to a non-TP watcher: "My log does not judge
those who do not watch the show."
