Subject: maddy's murder?

Maybe nobody will realize that maddy was murdered(if she's
actually dead), since
she is supposed to be leaving tp anyway.  One thing that
seemed very striking in this episode -- so many shots
had the people way in the background with some plants or
something in the foreground (like the opening scene with
Cooper and the other cops drinking coffee, or the palmer's 
living room, etc)  Especially in the palmer's living room,
when maddy was saying she wanted to leave,
it seemed like the composition and camera movement
was supposed to indicate bob's presence.
