BOB was in Ben an Ben killed Laura!

Did anyone notice that when Cooper sent Hawk down to the holding cell
that the whole mood of the show changed?  Margaret came in and told
Cooper that the Owls were at the Roadhouse.  Cooper said something
to the extent of "Somethings happening isn't it Margaret" and
she agreed.  Then we saw a long pan shot of evil looking black
clouds crossing the face of the full moon.  I think that was BOB
leaving the incarcerated Ben and heading for Leland.
 
I have no doubt, though, that at times before BOB inhabited Leland and
caused him to abuse Laura.
