Subject: Bobby and Donna... From: sally@eris.berkeley.edu (S. A. Wilson) Date: 1990-11-11, 01:14 Newsgroups: alt.tv.twin-peaks Ciao- Now, how come Bobby and Donna seemed to be affected, and seemed so dipressed at the end. Was Donna intuned to Maddie's attack, or was she saddened because of Harold. How come of all the people was Bobby affected emotionally. He seemed truly saddened by something, as if he to sensed Maddie's attack. Bobby has to be the most intriguing character: one moment he seems honestly sensitive, and the next he is a complete bastard. At Laura's funeral I felt that his little speech was truly from the heart, then he acted like a jerk; I believe that he truly was affected by his father's speech, but then he seemed to care more about the money from leo's insurance than Shelley; last week and tonight he was a complete dick with Shelley, but then he seemed to be more perceptive than sweet James, who did not appear to be affected. Bobby seems to be the proverbial sinner, who down deep is quite sensitive, constantly moving back and forth between the evil and the good. Almost a Dostoevskian figure. Well--So we see Mike, Bobby's friend. But when will the dwarf return? ==================================================================== #Life doesn't end--it just falls # Sally A.
