I don't know about the IV bag since I only saw that episode once (didn't get it taped), but I don't think that's BOB's style. He might have driven the OAM to self mutilation, but I thought that was HIS spirit, not BOB. There is no real reason to think Leland drugged Sarah, Sarah may have drugged Sarah.
