Subject: Man From Another Place on SNL From: clc5_ltd@uhura.cc.rochester.edu (Chris "BOB" Coleman) Date: 1990-12-16, 20:51 Newsgroups: alt.tv.twin-peaks Ok, this is really gonna be weird (what else is new?). Anyway after the 12/15 show when Saturday Night Live came on (With Dennis Quaid) I was running a slight fever due to a stomach flu. My girlfriend was watching with me and she verifies that around 12:35 either before or after the Neville Bros. second number, Saturday Night Live ran a 40's style bunch of fake Christmas commercials with a fake 40's Christmas special. What I spotted in one of these fake commercials was a drunken Santa holding the midget who played the man from another place. He was also singing in a group at the end of the segment. The weird part was that all the elements of his appearance on the show fit a dream that I had last year. Anyway, I need to know if anyone else saw this, or can watch the part again if they have it taped. Thanks a hell of a lot.
