Just a guess. Since the chick that is hitting on James just
recently drove her car off the road... and that is something we
glimpsed in BOB's famous exit scene... perhaps she is BOB's
new host.

If this is true, then an amusing parallel would be the male BOB
taking residence in a female host at the same time as a transvestite
character is introduced.
