Somewhere between DYNASTY, DARK SHADOWS and HILL STREET BLUES, I guess. But with some pretty original twists. Crossdressing on TV is usually a la Milton Berle or Monty Python, deliberately grotesque and comically ugly. By comparison, Dennis/Denise was a knockout. Good actor too.
