I see. You mean, I don't really need to spend the money on a surround-sound
decoder and an extra pair of speakers? My wallet thanks you.

It still requires special equipment to decode and play. If you only have
two speakers, you are *not* going to hear sounds behind you, unless that's
where your speakers are located.

Obviously not, since the problems don't occur on every affiliate. Since
it's *only* individual affiliates that are affected, it *has* to be on
a local level.
