Well, I don't know either, but at least it isn't the Log Lady, as some 
had feared from the previews. An amusing note: the end credits show Craig 
MacLachlan as The Dead Man (Actually, I had thought it looked more like a 
dead woman). I imagine this conversation:

Kyle MacLachland: Folks, this is my brother Craig.
 
Todd Holland: Hi, Craig. Say, would you mind sitting over here for a 
moment and looking dead, while we put strange objects on you and play 
tic-tac-toe on your hand?
