The mark behind his ear was indeed the "Radiation" symbol, although
when I played back the very beginning (the stars becoming a bright
light), I noticed that the thing that came out of the sky was the same
triple-pyramid.  Not that it means anything, of course .. the Major did
say that the White Lodge was underground, before the other uniformed
gentlemen took him away ....

BTW - did anyone catch the scars on the LL's (presumably) hand in the
closing shot?  It looked as if there was something there to see, but I
wasn't quite sure *what*.  What was the move?  P-P4?
