After reading all week from people who had seen the previews that the dead
person was the Log Lady, I was quite pleasantly surprised (if there are any
pleasantries associated with murder) to see that it wasn't.  And I love the
finger of the cadaver pointing to the chess move.

This annoyed me more than anything this week.  I had an associate visiting
me this weekend, and she had never seen Twin Peaks before (and really
didn't have much desire to watch it anyway).  When the military do-fuddies
came in to take the Major, I started screaming "NO! NO! NO!"  Needless to
say, my associate was a little befuddled.  Curses!  I want to know what's
going on with the project, and I'm yet again kept in the cold.  (grumble)

Did not the Log Lady at one time say "Owls are sometimes big" ??  I want to
know what this character knows.
