To all those who thought I was being derogatory regarding the
height comment, I was not and I apologize for any offense taken.
But where I come from this is not the average height range for men.
5' 9" although common would be on the low end (maybe we grow them
bigger in Canada, must be all that beer and buffalo meat :) ).
