The 50's movie was "Invaders from Mars," and it's a classic. Don't
remember who the director was. Tobe hooper did a remake a couple
of years ago, and it wasn't bad as such things go. Much more F/X
of course than the original, in which you could see the zippers
on the backs of the alien goons' costumes. We're talking low budget.
