Are you sure? I noticed the glitch on my Boston-area TV. The } glitch seemed to affect the VOCAL track only, and left the MUSIC and } SOUND EFFECT track intact. So what's so odd about that? Remember, we're talking about separate audio channels here. If the voices (each time, if I recall correctly, it affected only *one* person's dialog) are on just one channel, a problem on that channel might cause a dropout on the voice, but not with anything else (the music, for instance, is generally mixed to appear on both channels).
