Johnny Horne.  I believe he was autistic, though.  Not crippled.

Good question.  Last time we saw him was at Laura Palmer's funeral.
He was the one yelling "Amen! Amen!" at the end of the minister's
eulogy.

No, it definitely wasn't Johnny Horne.  I don't think it was anyone
we've seen on the show so far.

It is odd that we haven't heard from Johnny (or Sylvia) Horne lately.
But Johnny has appeared in several Twin Peaks episodes.
