So. . . was the actor playing Jeffrey the same guy as the black
general that talked about what a great pilot the Major was, a couple
episodes back?  We couldn't decide.  It sure looked like him, but it
seemed so unlikely.

You know, even while James was completely losing it, he was *still*
boring.  I suspect he'll be out of action pretty soon, though.
