Since it is now obvious that Wyndham Earl is in Twin Peaks AND since he 
is supposed to be a master of disguises, we probably have already been 
introduced to him.  This was a hot topic a while ago, but interest seems 
to have dropped.  Can anyone make a list of the characters introduced 
since Albert told Coop, "Bad news Coop, Wyndham Earl has escaped."?

It seems the plot has changed from WKLP to WIWE.
