That's when I stopped watching the original series.  The first "parallel
time" chapter was interesting but then they started jumping into 
parallel universes whenever they needed some new story lines.  (BTW:
I prefer the original Julia Hoffman to the new one.  In fact, most of
the new actors don't live up to the "gothic" feel of the series.)
