I've been wondering what Briggs meant by this statement. It seemed
to me that he was still having a delusion (or that his consciousness was
indeed in two places at once...one on the throne, and one in the sherrif's
office.) 

But anyway, what do you fellow Peakers speculate that the Major meant
by that statement?! I think it's important, but I don't know what to
make of it!
