A nice idea, but the 3-triangle arrangement on the Major's neck
(and the lighted 3-triangle object seen in the opening scene) is
*not* the shape of the radiation signal.  The orientation of the
triangles is wrong.  I've seen that arrangement before, but can't
place it -- vague memory says it was written up in the Project
Blue Book stuff, or maybe Von Hyneck (sp?).  Something to do with
UFOs, anyway.
